Who are we?

Our Story

Wild Magnolia Kombucha was born from a deep love of foods and beverages that nourish the mind, body, and soul.

In 2016, founder and lead Brewma’am Amanda Webb found herself in a season of transition. As her boys moved into high school and beyond, she began asking a simple but powerful question: What truly brings me joy? The answer kept showing up in her kitchen — introducing her family and friends to nourishing foods and thoughtfully fermented foods and beverages.

Or, as her family lovingly put it:

“You’re always trying to get us to eat funky foods from the refrigerator.”

What started as curious side hustle quickly turned into a passionate business. By late fall of 2016, Wild Magnolia Kombucha became the first commercial kombucha brewing company along Coastal Alabama, rooted in small-batch craftsmanship and a belief that what we consume should support both wellness and community.

Today, Wild Magnolia Kombucha is proudly brewed on the Gulf Coast and shared with local grocers, restaurants, boutiques, and markets throughout the region. Each batch is made with intention — honoring traditional fermentation, locally inspired flavors, and the idea that feeling good should be both accessible and joyful.

At its heart, Wild Magnolia is more than kombucha. It’s a reminder that nourishment can be a ritual, wellness can be welcoming, and even the “funky foods” can bring people together.

Founder & Lead Brewma'am

Wild Magnolia Kombucha was founded by Amanda Webb, a Fairhope, Alabama native with a deep love for fermentation, community, and foods that nourish both body and soul. What began in 2016 as a personal journey into gut health and traditional ferments quickly grew into a small-batch kombucha brand rooted in care, curiosity, and connection. Every batch is brewed locally in Fairhope with love, laughter, and a dash of Southern sarcasm, because when something is made thoughtfully, you can taste the difference.
